Check it out bloggers! Lindsay from Love and Olive Oil and Julie from The Little Kitchen are putting on this event for the 3rd year in a row that brings together food bloggers from around the world (600 last year!) while raising thousands of dollars for Cookies for Kids’ Cancer. What could be better than getting to try other bloggers awesome recipes and donating to a great cause?
So basically, eligible bloggers sign up, make a $4 donation to Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, then receive the addresses of three other food bloggers. You send each of them one dozen delicious homemade cookies then receive three different boxes of scrumptious cookies from other bloggers. Afterwards, everyone will be sharing their recipes on their blogs on the same day.
Additionally, OXO, Gold Medal Flour, and Dixie Crystals, will EACH be matching bloggers donations (up to $3,000) and giving out free goodies, including kitchen gadgets and product coupons.
Sign ups will be accepted through Monday, November 4th.
