  • 8 oz milk
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon PB2
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of kale


  1. In a food processor or high-powered blender, blend until smooth and enjoy.
